Pet Policy

Bring comfort home for your four-legged roommate. At Van Buren Place, pet-friendly apartment living is built around everyday ease, from first-floor dog-friendly homes to cat-friendly layouts on any level. Step out for fresh air around the courtyard and lawn, enjoy a balcony, patio, porch, or deck in select homes, and keep daily cleanup simple with an in-home washer and dryer.

When your pet needs more room to stretch, Sun Prairie’s fenced off-leash Pet Exercise Area is a nearby option for active outings. Review the policy details on this page, then schedule a tour to see the spaces that make life with cats, dogs, and select caged pets feel right at home.
